Is this a workbook or something I use when needed?

What if I do not journal or I hate writing?
You can totally use the kit without journaling at all! The writing sections are there because writing helps your prefrontal cortex organize, interpret, and regulate your experience. If you do not enjoy writing, you can use the patterns, prompts, and quick pages as mental exercises or speak them out loud. It's meant to be done the way YOU want to do it. Don't force something if it doesn't fit.
