How is this REALLY any different?


Can I guarantee that there are ZERO like this out there? No. I CAN confidently say that most self-help books miss that the how matters as much as the what. That’s why so many end up as nightstand décor or dust collectors instead of transformation tools. Here are just 3 of the biggest ways the ShiftKits aren't like anything you've used before:  

  • 1) They are created specifically for the shift part of your brain

    • Most books aim at the the logical, planning, “think-it-through” part your mind. But 90–95% of your daily life is run by part of the mind that's responsible for emotion, memory, habit, imagination, learned safety responses, and is the drive behind desires. Trying to create change through logic is like trying to tame a lion by talking to its shadow. You're not even communicating with or acknowledging the part in control.

  • 2) They validate your brain's focus & definition of "safety"

    • Your happiness isn't a factor, facts don't play a part, and it doesn't give a shit about your goals. It cares about one thing: keeping you alive. And if that means making a life out of self-sabotage, anxiety, people-pleasing, doom-scrolling, or dating the same emotionally unavailable asshat in new pants, so be it. If you’ve done it before and survived, your brain stamps it as “safe.” Pretty low damn bar, I know. And that’s part 2 of where your chaos comes from. Change feels 'unsafe' to your brain, so it drags you back into the same familiar (and 'safe') loops. But your brain measures truth by emotional familiarity instead of facts, so “safe” can look a lot like stuck or a lot like suck. Either way, if you don't acknowledge and work with the fear is has about change, you're gonna be sitting in the agony you're in because it'd rather sit in familiar suck than risk the unknown.

  • 3) They use your brains language (patterns, emotion, & imagination).

    • THAT is what your mind is willing to listen to, and speak FROM. So, HOW the material is presented and how your mind not only accepts it, but makes it WANT to use it because it can connect to it. Most of us don’t talk in polished, therapy-approved sentences like Mary Poppins. We talk like real humans having real-life struggles, and often, we speak in emotions, plus, emotions don't always come out politely. So yes, my products have swearing and a little adult humor - and there's 2 big reasons for this. First, the part of your brain that we WANT to work with is the emotional mind which naturally responds to things like surprise, sarcasm, humor, relatability, authenticity, and a well-timed F-bomb. There's an emotional resonance that sticks with you better than reading clinical or dry text. Second, the people I write for deserve to connect with a voice that sounds like their own when they're working through their stuff. It's tactful and intentional and, by default, breaks tension and lends authenticity and an emotional punch right when it's needed and keeps people from zoning out. It makes serious material easier to digest because it feels less like a lecture and more like a conversation over coffee (with eye rolls, sarcasm, and all).

can tell you that this PDF download doesn't combust if you don't use right away and there's no time limit on when you start it or the way you choose to use it. Meaning, you could just print out or screenshot the cards you like cuz' the quote means something to you and if that's all you do on it for the day, then that's more than you would have done if you didn't have it (I'm ALL about small wins).

Shifting and rewiring a pattern only takes repetition - not force or hours a day or even hours a week. It's 30 seconds here, a minute there, or a quick thought to what you'd read earlier with no other action.
